| 摘 要： | 东汉末年，在群雄割据的纷争中，曹操迎汉帝定都许昌，从此许昌在纷乱的局势中占据突出的地位。这一策略为曹操网罗人才起到了较大的作用，而此后开展的许下屯田又为曹操的势力建立了强大的经济基础。最初出于战略思想的考虑，曹操选择了许昌为都城，而在攻下邺城以后，政治中心随即转移，许昌作为汉末都城，其地位逐渐被遗忘。

| Abstract: | In the end of East Han Dynasty, when all the separatism forces fight with each other, Cao Cao supported the emperor of Han and set the capital at Xuchang. From then on he got the initiative position in the confused situation. Just this policy gave a great help to Caocao＇s collection of talents. And the Xuxia cultivation which developed in Xuchang set a solid economic base for Caocao. At first, Caocao chose Xuchang as capital, because of strategic thinking. When he captured Ye city, the political center immediately changed. Xuchang as the capital of the later stage of Han Dynasty. |
