摘    要:裴斯泰洛齐认为人人都要受教育 ,教育应是适应自然的教育 ,这种自然教育应是完美自然的觉醒 ,教育的目的是促进儿童天性的发展 ,教育的方法应是非强制性的。教育要促进儿童的和谐发展 ,就是要协调发展儿童的体、德、智各方面的才能 ,不能偏废任何一方面。这给我们的幼儿教育一些启示 :在幼儿素质教育中 ,应遵循儿童发展的天性 ,协调发展儿童各方面的才能。

Abstract:Pestalozzi shows in his study that every one in the world needs education and the education should be natural one with perfect animate consciousness; and this kind of education aims to promote the development of children's nature with non forced measure. To approach its effects, harmonio us education is necessary, which involved children's physique, moral character and intelligence that couldn't be neglected at all. From Pestalozz's study, we can draw great inspiration for our preschool education: in preschool quality eduacation, children should develop in an all round way-- morally, intellectually and physically,which must be conducted in coordinating with their nature.
