基于HCNR200的直流电压隔离转换电路设计

摘    要:介绍了Agilent公司的高精度线性光耦HCNR200的特性及工作原理,并利用该器件设计了直流电压线性隔离转换电路.通过参数的灵活设计,可以满足不同的输出电压隔离要求.结果表明,该电路具有较高的电压检测精度和线性度,在模拟信号隔离场合具有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:The feature and operation theory of the high-linearity optocoupler HCNR200 from Agilent Company is introduced firstly in this paper. Then an applied hardware circuit for DC-Voltage isolation and conversion is designed. By flexible design of the parameters, the circuit can satisfy different requirements of output voltage. The results show that this circuit has higher accuracy and good linearity on voltage acquisition and will have a prospective future in analog isolation problem.
