高职院校加快青年教师培养的实践探索——以我院电气工程系为例

通过总结几年来我系培养青年教师的工作实践，指出培养青年教师对整个教师队伍建设的重要性，并对青年教师培养过程中的问题进行分析，得出要加快师资队伍建设步伐，不断提升高职院校师资水平的途径和方法。

Research on How to Speed up the Development of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Based on the practical experience of training tile young teachers in our department,the paper points out the importance of training young teachers in the process of the construction of the teacher staff. The author analyzes some inspirations in developing young teachers and puts forward that the quality of talents should be improved in higher vocational colleges.
