摘    要:根据动力电池组在电动汽车上的使用特点和要求,采用带CAN总线、且具有强大功能模块的嵌入式微处理器MS9S12XET256MAL,通过BCU、BHU和BMU 3个主要硬件模块完成电动汽车用电池管理系统的硬件设计,实现对电压、温度等的测量,及电池均衡和CAN通讯等功能.通过主板控制、从板控制、高压板控制及通讯错误检测与处理4个模块的软件设计,对充放电流程、继电器开关、参数检测、通讯错误应急处理等进行控制.

Abstract:According to the nature and requirements of battery pack used in electric vehicles, the embedded microprocessor MS9S12XET256MAL with CAN controller and powerful function modules is presented. The hardware of battery management system including BCU, BHU and BMU is designed to realize the accurate real-time data samplings of voltages, temperature and CAN communication. Functions such as charging and discharging, relay working, parameter testing and emergent communication error disposal are fulfilled by four software modules including mainboard, slaveboard, high-voltage-panel, and communication error testing and disposal. The test shows that the performance of the system is desirable.
