| Abstract: | The policy bank capital has the features of obeying policies,low cost,durative and efficiency. Its distribution is planed as a whole. There are altogether seven modes of the source of the policy bank capital. There exist similarities and differences between the capital financing modes of the policy banks in China and the capital financing modes of the policy banks in foreign countries. |
