| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的发展,专利分析工作和科技情报工作越来越引起人们的重视,科研工作是科研院所工作的主体,在新的形势下,如何将专利分析工作和科技情报工作运用到科研工作中,充分保护科研院所的知识产权,本文就此提出笔者的看法和观点。
