| Abstract: | s Proceeding with the new concepts of readers' education in network times, the paper analyses the changes of information sources and the characteristics of these changes. Further more, it investigates how to acquire, analyze, assess and exploit information. Based on the above discussion, this paper probes into the significance and ways for libraries of higher learning institutes to instruct college students how to exploit information. 4 refs. |
