| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国高等教育存在着不公平现象,不同地区高考录取分数线相差很大、一般劳动者的子女在考试竞争中处于不利地位、学业成功的机会不均等、社会弱势群体在高等教育入学过程中遇到困难等。其原因主要是:公平与效率的矛盾所致的两难选择;城乡差别、高等学校地区间资源配置不均;各地区经济发展不平衡;收费制度不合理。有必要采取一定措施来改善高等教育不公平的现状,如大力发展网络教育,完善贷金制度等。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,there exist unequal phenomenon in higher education in China,and the main reasons are:the delima caused by the conflict between equality and efficiency,difference between city and countryside,unbalanced collocation of resources among different districts,unbalance of economical development among various districts,and theunreasonable charging system.It is necessary to adopt some measures to improve the unequal situation of higher education,etc. |
