摘    要:目前世界范围内主要有两种高师培养模式 :定向型和非定向型。我国采用的是“定向型”高师培养模式 ,这种模式在课程设置、教育实习等方面存在诸多偏差 ,导致师范生教育教学技能的缺失。为培养适应知识经济时代需要的合格教师 ,高师教育必须以调整四年教育活动的运作流程为核心 ,拓宽专业口径 ,推进课程与教学改革 ,构建理想的高师培养模式

Abstract:There are, in the world, two major modes of teac her’s training for institutions of higher learning, namely the directional and the indirectional. Our country adopts the former, which are consequently leading to the loss of the students’ educational skill. In order to meet the challenge of the coming knowledge economy, higher pedagogical education should regulate i ts managing procedures, reform its curriculum provision and restructure a corres ponding mode of its own.
