新建地方本科高校新闻传播人才培养模式构想——以皖西学院为例

为适应媒介融合背景下新型新闻传播人才培养的需要，拟构建“院社台站联合”的人才培养模式。其核心是搭建高校（新闻院系）与地方媒体（报社、电台、电视台、网站）合作的“1＋1＋2”人才培养框架，并阐述人才培养的“目标体系”“内容体系”和“方法体系”。强调高校与地方媒体共同谋划、全程合作，实现真正意义上的“院社台站”互动，建设具有强大育人功能的人才培育场。

News Personnel Training Mode Conception of Newly-built Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities -- Taking Western Anhui University as an Example

Under the background of media fusion, personnel training mode of subject type is no longer adapt to the needs of new journalism talents cultivation. School of journalism in newly-built local undergraduate university should avoid falling into a subject of talent training mold from the beginning, to consider talent demand market with the type of ＂more skills with one proficient＂, to explore the new talent cultivating mode. Therefore, we conceive of building school of journalism in university as the center, combining the local media, such as newspaper, radio, television and news websites, etc, to plan together and cooperate fully in order to realize these interactions in the true sense. Talent cultivation market with powerful educational functions will be constructed, and students will be forged to face into the market and serve for the local with new type of cross media application talents of ＂more skills with one proficient＂.
