| 摘 要： | 反思北洋海军建设的弊端，对于我们今天的军事建设，具有极为重要的借鉴意义。1894年甲午海战的败北，彻底暴露了北洋海军建设的弊端：北洋海军思想建设荡然无存、装备建设裹足不前、军事训练偏离实战、后勤保障严重滞后。

| Abstract: | Reflection on the drawbacks of the construction of Beiyang navy has important references to the army building today. The defeat of Jia Wu Sea Warfare in 1894 thoroughly exposed the abuses of the construction of Beiyang navy： complete vanishing of the building in the spirit, not being forward of equipment construction, deviation from the actual combat of army drill and serious lag of logistic support capacity. |
