| 摘 要： | 跨栏跑是体育教学中技术性强,学习难度较大的项目之一.完整教学法能使不同层次的学生,根据自己的实际情况学习跨栏跑技术.能够充分发挥教师的主导作用与学生的主体作用,有利于实现教学过程的最优化,有利于提高成绩和掌握技术,培养学生的自学能力.

| Abstract: | Hurdle race is one of items with higher technicality and learning difficulty in teaching of physical culture. Integrity teaching method can make students with different levels learn the hurdle race skill in accordance with their practical situations, bringing into full play teachers' guide function and students' subject function, which makes for the optimization of teaching procedure, advancement of marks and mastery of the skill as well as training of students' self-study ability. |
