| Abstract: | In the transition from a traditional library to a digital one,an electronic reading-room is in a brand-new way serving university teaching and scientific research. To analyze and study the characteristics,advantages and functions of an electric reading-room in information service will help improve our understanding even more,offer better service for teaching and scientific research. This text analyses in detail the characteristics,advantages and functions of an electric reading-room in information service and it expounds the fact that these characteristics,advantages confirm their status and role in cultivating innovative talents. |
