| Abstract: | The fast development of the technology in modern communication, computer, network and multimedia bring library digitalized reference and consulting services into being. Higher vocational institute is a new force in higher educational group. High vocational institute and college also face the research and practice for digitalized reference and consulting services. The libraries should make great efforts to develop digitalized services by the unification of libraries to provide omnipotent and highlevel consulting service for teachings and research. |
