创新人才培养模式研究--兼论现代远程开放教育信息类创新人才培养模式

要克服传统的人才培养模式存在的弊端，构建创新人才培养模式，应该有具备开放式知识结构、动态式知识结构和纵横式知识结构的创新型教师，选用能提高学生创造能力的教材，运用创造性的教学方法，使学生在良好的化和社会环境中，掌握好创造性的学习方法，最终使学生具有丰富的知识、全面综合的素质，以及具有较强的创新能力。在此基础上，融合现代远程开放教育特点和信息类专业的特色，形成现代远程开放教育信息类创新人才培养模式。

Research on the Mode of Cultivating Innovative Talent--Discussion on the Mode of Training Innovative IT Talent through Modern Distance and Open Education

In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional training mode and construct the mode of training innovative talent, teachers should have opened, dynamic and wide-scoped knowledge structure, select teaching materials that can enhance students' creative power, and apply creative teaching methods to initiate students' creative capability under the fine culture and social environment. The goal is to let the students have rich knowledge, overall synthetic quality and stronger creative power. In addition to this, the distinguishing features of modern distance open education and information technology specialty should be intergraded in forming the mode of cultivating innovative IT talent in distance open education.
