| 摘 要： | 本文以配第一克拉克定理为理论基础,依据国家三次产业划分标准,定性分析了我国农村三次产业结构调整以来劳动力就业状况.然后引入偏差系数,进一步定量深入探究了三次产业结构调整中我国农村产业结构与就业结构的偏差情况.从定性和定量两个角度为新时期我国农村劳动力的转移、农村就业结构的调整提供了指导方向,提出"增加农村第一产业投入,稳定农村第一产业发展;提高农村第二产业技能,调整农村第二产业发展;优化农村第三产业结构,推动农村第三产业发展"的对策.
