摘    要:利用Gleeble 1500D热模拟压缩变形实验研究了直径为Ф14,钢种为Q235的圆钢在热变形和冷却过程中的组织变化。结果表明,总变形量越大,晶粒越细;冷速越大,晶粒越细。

Abstract:The Effect of hot-deformation processes and cooling rates on Grain Size of Q235 rod steel whose diameter is 14mm was studied by using thermal simulation experiment.The results showed that the larger deformation leads to smaller grain size and quicker cooling rate leads to smaller grain size.
