| Abstract: | Construction of community spiritual civilization becomes a new problem of our modern socialist construction. Universities play a very important role in the modern socialist construction and it becomes a new force of the community spiritual civilization construction. For colleges, it is necessary to set up a developing idea, that is: to construct community, serve community and develop together. Universities play its roles by taking part in the community economical constructions and carrying out standard and lasting services. |
