君子人格是孔子根据他所处的时代设计的一种理想人格，君子人格具有上达仁义、克己复礼、慎言敏行、文质彬彬等基本特征。孔子在培养弟子成为君子时，注重让弟子博学于文、约之以礼、三省吾身、坚忍不拔，同时孔子也很重视以自身的人格影响、教育弟子。
