论发展与代价之关系

对发展与代价之关系的探究是经济哲学的题中之义。章首先对发展与代价的概念进行追究，认为发展与代价是可以从视角来加以规定的概念，但从经济哲学的角度则具有它们具体的内涵；在此基础上，对发展与代价之辩证关系进行了清理，认为发展与代价之间既具有排斥性、对立性，又具有同一性；最后强调我们必须具有敏锐的代价意识，树立正确的代价观念与代价思维，恰当处理发展与代价的关系，并具体提出了四条基本的思路。

On Relationship Between Development and Cost

Researching to the relationship between development and cost is a theme of economic philosophy .The article chiefly is a rational analysis on the relationship. The article includes three parts : first , researching to two categories about development and cost , writer thoughts development and cost would define in various angles ,but two basic concepts have their definite meanings in economic philosophy ; second , on the basis of this , writer studies their relationship , and thoughts this relationship is not only repellent and antagonistic from each other in many facets ,but also identity, they unite in our all actions; at last, for improving development of social facets , this article underscores we must have acute consciousness of cost , establish rightful idea and thinking of cost , appropriately cope with the relationship between development and cost , and put forward relative four basic ways.
