| 摘 要： | 高职院校毕业生就业形势之严峻，决不是简单地归结为“供大于求”所能概括的，其间包含着社会供求矛盾、教育结构矛盾、人事体制矛盾、学生自身矛盾等诸多因素。在存在众多深层次复杂原因的情况下，要做好高职院校学生就业工作，就需要准确理解该工作的内涵，进一步完善就业导向机制、无障碍就业机制、就业评价制度等相关制度。

| Abstract: | The simple conclusion of ＂demand falls short of supply＂ can not provide solutions to the grim situation the graduates from higher vocational colleges are facing in employment. This is considered to be caused by gap between demand and supply, structural problems in education as well as the present personnel system and the graduates themselves. A proper understanding of the connotation of employment, a good employment guide system and a suitable employment evaluation system are needed for successful employment of higher vocational graduates. |
