浅析公共产品的供给效率

公共产品是为整体意义上的社会成员而生产的,具有非排他性和消费上的非竞争性两个特征.由此决定了政府是提供公共产品的责任主体.在市场经济条件下,如何深化改革,转变政府职能,提高公共产品的供给效率,本文对此进行分析,并提出相应的对策措施.

The Efficiency of Public Product Supplies

e public products come into being for the sake of the interest of members of whole society, containing two characters,exclusiveness and non-competitiveness, so the Government is responsible for offering the public products. In socialist market ecnomy,how to deepen the reforms,how to transform the government functions and how to increase the efficency of the public product supplies are very important. This article not only analyses these problems but also puts forward the relevant measures.
