人工智能时代下教师亲和力探究

摘    要:目前,国内教育打着素质教育的旗号却依然将重点集中在学业表现上,对教学情感的关注尤其匮乏。为了改变这一现象,提高教师对素质教育思想的认识,分别从教师面部表情亲和力、声音亲和力、语言亲和力、肢体语言亲和力、服饰亲和力等方面进行研究,促进教师更加意识到教学情感对学生发展的重要性,并借助人工智能技术使得教师更好地保持亲和力状态,也可为在线教学视频开发、重构教师教学评价体系提供参考。

Abstract:At present, under the banner of quality-oriented education, domestic education still focuses on academic performance, especially the lack of attention to teaching emotions. In order to improve this phenomenon and improve the teachers’ understanding of quality education, this paper mainly uses the literature method to collect, sort out and analyze the research results of affinity in interpersonal communication, respectively, from the aspects of teachers’ facial expression affinity, voice affinity, language affinity, body language affinity, clothing affinity, etc. Through this study, teachers can realize the importance of teaching emotions to students‘development. Artificial intelligence technology such as emotional computing and big data can help teachers maintain a better affinity. It can also provide theoretical reference for the development of online teaching videos and the reconstruction of teachers’ teaching evaluation system.
