风电机组远程监控及诊断系统设计与实现

摘    要:为了解决风电机组在监控与检测维护等方面受地域、人员因素限制较大,且无法即时掌握风机性能等缺点,基于KKS编码、数据处理系统,以及基于C/S架构的在线监控诊断平台,建立风电机组远程监控及诊断系统。系统建立区域KDM数据中心,接入集控平台数据及CMS数据等,完成对所有接入数据的统一编码与存储。该系统可通过状态监测及性能评估掌握设备健康程度,为风电场的检修维护提供指导意见与实施方案,从而提高设备运维工作效率与风电场经营效益。

Abstract:In order to solve the shortcomings of wind turbines in terms of monitoring, inspection and maintenance which are limited by geographical and personnel factors, and the performance of the fan cannot be grasped immediately, based on KKS code, data processing system and online monitoring and diagnosis platform based on C/S architecture, a remote monitoring and diagnosis system for wind turbines was established. This system establishes a regional KDM data center, accesses the centralized control platform data, CMS data, etc, and completes the unified encoding and storage of all access data. The establishment of the remote diagnosis platform can grasp the health of the equipment through state monitoring and performance evaluation, provide guidance and implementation plan for the maintenance and repair of the wind farm, and ultimately improve the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance and the operating efficiency of the wind farm.
