| 摘 要： | 公司法的基本原则是社会主义市场经济体制下公司运行规律的反映，是贯彻于公司运行始终、调整公司内外部关系的根本准则，其效力贯穿于公司法的始终。其具体种类包括：利益均衡原则、分权制衡原则、自治原则、股东股权平等原则，股东有限责任原则。
