| Abstract: | Scientific research is of top priority for CUN to become a world first rate university of nationalities. It is also practically necessary for CUN in forming and enhancing its core competitive competence. During the transition from a traditional university of teaching to a modern university of research, CUN must promote its overall strength and competitive competence so as to establish its position in the competition. |
