| 摘 要： | 《周易》以其精湛的思想义理而成为中国传统文化的源头活水，它是民族精神的凝定剂。《周易》所倡导的精义、利用、崇德三者并举的人生价值论对中国国民人格的形成和升华有着重大的作用和影响。21世纪是中华民族实现伟大复兴的世纪，而实现民族的伟大复兴是以国民的人格升华为前提的。《周易》的人生价值论对新世纪国民人格的升华有着重大的影响和意义。

| Abstract: | Book of Change has become the source of Chinese traditional culture for its profound philosophical connotation. It is the flocculants of Chinese nationality. The juxtaposition of essence, expoit and virtue which it advocates greatly effects and influences the formation and sublimation of national personality. 21st century is the one we realized the renaissance of Chinese nationality whose precondition is the sublimation of national personality. The axiology of life in Book of Change has grave influence and significance to the sublimation of national personality. |
