| 摘 要： | 人在新奇、异常挫折的情景下会产生复杂的内心体验、教育实习过程易出现生病、请假、被排斥感、交往分寸感失度、患得患失、情感脆弱、旧人际关系激变等种种非常态现象。本从心理学的角度作粗浅分析，提出相应对策，为教育实习管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | People will have complicated inner experience under the circumstance of futuristic and abnormal phenomenon,for example,to become ill,to ask for leave,to control the communication,to worry about personal gains and losses,to be the frailty of affections and the abrupt change of oldfashioned relationship.This thesis will give a rough analysis in terms of psychology,put forward the relavant solution and provide the reference with the teaching practice's management. |
