| 摘 要： | 高职院校生产性实训具有生产环境与实训环境等同、生产目标与教学目标统一、技能操作与理论运用衔接、生产产品与教学产品一致、教学成本与教学效率双优等本质特征。为提高高职生产性实训质量,需要进行实训条件、实训内容、实训管理与实训效果设计,要优化实训机制,进行科学管理,强化质量监控,加强基地建设。

| Abstract: | The productive training of vocational colleges are of characters as unified environment,objectives,products in the process of production and training,close connection of operational skills and theoretical application,low cost and high efficiency of teaching.The conditions,content,management system,and effect evaluation need to be designed in the productive training.To improve the quality of productive training of vocational colleges,we should optimize the training system,carry out the scientific management,strengthen the quality control,and enhance the construction of training bases. |
