| 摘 要： | 组织冲突是一种普遍存在的现象。作为具有明显的组织化特征的优秀运动队，管理中的冲突也是不可避免的。从冲突论角度对优秀运动队管理中存在的冲突进行分析，提出处理冲突的具体原则和方法，以帮助教练员提高管理运动队的水平。

| Abstract: | Phenomena of organizational conflicts are common.Conflicts in management of elite athlete team,which have obvious feature of organizational culture,are inevitable.This article,according to the theory of conflicts,analyzed conflicts in managements of elite athlete teams,and put forward concrete principles and methods to dispose of them,so as to help instructors improve their ability to manage athlete teams. |
