| Abstract: | The first thing to innovate the construction of Party is the innovation of notions. It is a very important to innovate the contents in the construction of Party in colleges or universities. Under the new situations, in order to guide correctly the Party Members to set new concepts and to play the roles of models, a new form must be created in the Party's construction. |
