| 摘 要： | 为了充分体现知、能并重的教育理念,中央民族大学教育学院近年来专门为教育学本科专业开设了＂微格教学＂课程,力图帮助学生解决教育教学理论学习与教学能力形成之间的衔接和过渡问题。作为任课教师,笔者在多年的＂微格教学＂课程教学中,尝试着从突出教学理论的应用性和技巧性入手,设计了丰富多彩的教学活动。
