| 摘 要： | 通过分析电子商务发展过程3个阶段网站建立的3种不同方式,比较其优缺点,论述其中的第3种方式即电子交易市场方式最有优势,它代表了全球贸易手段的发展方向,即将成为电子商务领域的WTO(即EWTO)。
