基于三菱PLC技术的机械手自动控制

摘    要:在工业电气自动控制系统中,机械手应用相当普遍,但传统的控制系统触点可靠性差,硬件接线复杂、故障率高.将机械手控制系统分解回原点、手动、单步、单周期和自动循环五个部分,运用三菱PLC技术中的经验设计法,在I/O分配的基础上,进行PLC梯形图程序设计和运行功能分析.实践表明:传统的机械手经PLC技术改造后,可供操作者灵活地选择工作方式,提高设备工作效率,减少设备维修工作量;同时,对类似设备控制系统的改造或设计也有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:In the industry of electrical automatic control system,mechanical hand are widely used,but the traditional control system contact reliability,the hardware connection of complex,high failure rate.In this paper,the manipulator control system decomposition origin return,manual,single cycle single step,and the automatic cycle in five parts,using the Mitsubishi PLC technology of experience design method,the I/O assigned on the basis of PLC ladder diagram,program design and functional analysis.Practice shows that:the traditional mechanical hand by PLC after technical reformation,for allowing an operator to flexibly select working mode,raise the work efficiency of the equipment,reduces the workload of equipment repair;at the same time,similar to the equipment control system renovation and design also has certain guiding significance.
