基因工程实验教学改革的实践探析

针对基因工程实验在培养学生能力方面的不足,通过分析课程安排、内容设置和实验报告的局限性及其不适应性,结合近几年来在实践教学中积累的经验,提出了优化教学内容、改进教学方法、以论文的形式书写实验报告、完善成绩评定方法等改革措施,发挥实验教学优势,充分利用教学资源,达到培养创新型人才的目的.

Practice and Improvement of Genetic Engineering Experimental Teaching

It was very important for genetic engineering experiment course to foster student＇s abilities and qualifications.We proposed a creative reform as a result of the limitation and inelasticity in course content establishment,arrangement and experimental report of the old genetic engineering experiment course,and the accumulated experience from succession education in recent years.So that we could made the best of teacher resources,opened entirely laboratory to student use,played out experimental teaching advantages and cultivated creative talents.This paper stated the necessity of reforming course content establishment,arrangement and report of genetic engineering experiment and the importance of cultivating creative talents,And proposed a reasonable method to evaluate the curriculum performance.
