摘    要:蝴蝶兰无菌播种快繁技术的研究工作开始于2000年,经过3a的试验研究,掌握了蝴蝶兰种子组培快繁技术,包括种荚的采收适期、材料消毒、适宜的培养基配方、播种繁殖与壮苗生根以及试管苗移栽等方面,并成功繁育数万棵蝴蝶兰小苗,取得了一定的经济效益。

Abstract:The study of phalaenopsis' asepsis sowing and rapid propagation technology has begun since 2000.Through 3 years' research,the technology of its seed tissue culture and rapid propagation has been known well,including the collection of pod in a right stage,material's antisepsis,feasible medium,sowing and propagation,booster seeding and rooting, its seedling and the successful transplantation,which have obtained certain economic benefits.
