| 摘 要： | 当今辅导员队伍普遍存在着倦怠问题。良好的分工与协作机制是高校辅导员高效办公的必要条件。文章分析了辅导员工作绩效的影响因素,从工作量和责任两个维度设计了辅导员的分工机制,从工作量的均匀性设计了辅导员的协作机制。
