| 摘 要： | "市场换技术"战略实施效果不佳是造成我国部分产业空心化的原因之一.回顾了"市场换技术"的政策评价,并对有关西方发达国家产业空心化实质、成因与程度的文献进行了梳理.国内有关产业空心化的研究分别从供求失衡、地区性空心化和技术空心化三方面展开.其中,来自制造业的经验证据表明,"市场换技术"政策失效与技术空心化存在着一定联系.
