论新环境下的高校思想政治教育

高校思想政治教育环境在当前已发生了新的变化，这种变化主要体现为在观念环境中的多元价值取向并存，媒介环境中的负面影响加大，人际环境中的竞争与功利倾向突出，网络环境中的正负向因素影响同在，心理环境中的积极与消极情绪杂糅等。面对这一新变化，高校思想政治教育应从大力加强大学生的世界观、人生观、价值观教育出发，通过加强管理、繁荣文艺、净化媒介环境，引导大学生正确处理人际关系，正确进行心理调适等措施入手，切实提高新环境下高校思想政治教育的实效性。

On the College Political and Ideological Education in the New Environment

College political and ideological education has undergone great changes currently which are mainly embodied in the coexistence of plural values, the increase of negative influences from the media environment, the prominence of competition and utilitarian tendency in interpersonal environment, the coexistence of both positive and negative influences in the Internet environment, and the mingling of optimistic and pessimistic moods in psychological environment etc. In light of these changes, we should, on the basis of the education of Weltanschauung and value view among, promote the validity of college political and ideological education in the new environment through strengthening management, purifying network environment, guiding students in their handling of interpersonal relations and offering them psychological direction.
