| 摘 要： | 民族团结问题关系到国家的长治久安。从民族团结的角度探讨信息技术的两面性,分析信息技术的正面效应与负面效应,试提出合理利用信息技术维护民族团结的构想。经实践证明,该构想具有一定的实用价值。

| Abstract: | National unity had to do with the country's long-term stability.The article discusses two sides of information technology from the perspective of national unity,analyzes the positive effects and negative effects of information technology,it tried to propose the conception of using information technology reasonably to safeguard national unity.Practice proved that this conception has some practical value. |
