| 摘 要： | 政府信息系统建设承包商的选择，关系到整个项目建设的成败。本文对此进行了分析，认为科学规划政府信息系统是前提．合理确定承包商基本选择程度是核心，正确评估承包商过去履历是关键，确保承包商的选择体现了公平与效率的均衡与整合是最好的标准．
