摘    要:社会进步离不开社会分化与教育选拔,而社会分化与教育选拔是在相互作用、相互促进的过程中发展的。改革开谚前的社会分化导源于社会经济的变革。由于社会结构的重要组成了城乡截然不同的二元社会结构。这一时期的教育选拔虽注重了选拔的广度,但选拔标准出现了重德轻才的偏差,选拔秩序出现过混乱甚至完全中断。这一现象的产生除制度结构方面的原因外,还受对知识分子的偏见和“官本位”制的影响。

Abstract:Social development goes side by side with social differentiation and educational selection,which develop in the process of their interaction and mutual promotion.Before the implementation of reform and open policy in China,social and economic change resulted in social differentiation,and social structure turned into a dual one in which there is apparent difference between town and country.Because of the educational system and structure,as well as the prejudice against the intelligentsial and the effect of bureaucratic departmental selfishness,educational selection of this period paid more attention to poltical integrity than to ability though it ranged over a wide field,and thus a disorder or even a break occurred in it .
