英汉标记性与语间迁移——由学生英文习作引发的负迁移讨论

摘    要:英语学习者在学习目的语时往往易于将母语的特征迁移到目的语中,从而导致表达的错误,造成负迁移,而这些错误有很大的部分都是由于语言的标记性差异造成的。为减少负迁移,英语学习者应该在初学时就要留意英文是强标记而汉语是弱标记或者无标记的语言项目,理解两种语言在表达习惯上的差异,习惯用英语表达方式思考问题。为减少标记性差异所引起的语间负迁移的产生,教师应该经常分析与纠正学生运用英语中常犯的错误。

Abstract:It is easy for the English learners to transfer the specifications of their mother tongue into target language and make wrong expressions.Most of the mistakes are caused by language markedness.In order to decrease negative transfer,English learners should first pay special attention to the language items in which English are strong markedness while Chinese is weak or no markedness and then they should comprehend the differences of the two languages.More over,the learners should get used to thinking problems in English.To the teachers,it is necessary for them to analyze and correct the students' mistakes to cut down the wrong expressions which made by language markedness.
