| 摘 要： | 从增强专业人才的综合素质和特色竞争力的目标出发,研究和设计了特色课程体系、双语教学课程体系和学研产联动培养方式.通过特色课程体系、双语教学课程体系的教学实践,国际学术交流和国际知名教授讲学、创新和开放性课题研究、校企联合培养等人才培养方式的实践,有效的彰显了专业特色和提高了教学效果,学生的创新能力、综合素质、国际视野等相关竞争力得到了明显提高,初步形成了特色人才培养的有效模式.
