高校教师的成果转化意识及其结构效应分析

 为定量地刻画高校教师参与成果转化的态度和行为，分析高校智力资源和社会生产之间的产学研关系，构造了高校教师的成果转化意识、成果转化行为和成果转化效果等构成概念，提出了成果转化意识影响成果转化行为、成果转化行为影响成果转化效果的研究假设。运用针对高校教师的调查问卷数据，对研究假设做了检验，结果表明，所提研究假设在整体上成立。研究还发现，高校教师对亲自创办和经营企业尚有较大顾虑。研究是对产学研互动机制和科技成果转化机制的有益探索，研究结果具有政策意义上的启示。

A structural analysis on the preference of commercialization of teachers in universities of China

Three constitutional concepts-the preference, behavior and outcomes of teachers' serving for industry-were constructed and measured in order to explore the structural effects among them quantitatively. And seven hypotheses were put forward and tested through structural path analysis using the data from questionnaire. The results showed that there are significant positive impacts from the preference to behavior and from the behavior to outcomes in teachers' serving for industry in the sample. The approach has also revealed that there are some misgivings for teachers to set up and deal in firms for themselves. The research will provide some political inspiration for governments to promote the commercialization of scientific fruits and to boost the combination between university and industry.
