| 摘 要： | 教学规范是现代学校制度的重要内容。制订研究生教学规范旨在对研究生培养规格的总体把握,主要依据是人才培养目标。教学自主包涵教的自主和学的自主。研究生教学规范中可以给教学自主以足够的空间。研究生教学自主的保障,需要研究生培养机构教育理念的转变、组织管理体系和制度的建立完善,以及研究生导师队伍素质的整体提升。

| Abstract: | Teaching standardization is an important part of modern school institution.The establishment of the teaching standardization should be to reach the graduate students' quality standard,whose basis should be the education objective of graduate student.There will be reserved sufficient space for the independence of teaching and learning in the standardization.To ensure the independence requires reformation and consummation of education idea and school system,and the improvement of teachers' quality. |
