| 摘 要： | 围绕效率、效果、质量等绩效主题构建香港申诉专员公署的绩效指标,并运用它们测量香港申诉专员公署的绩效,同时使用跨时期分析法得出其绩效不断提高的结论。指出这对提高大陆行政效能监察组织,特别是行政效能投诉组织的绩效具有启示意义。

| Abstract: | Around performance themes, this paper builds Performance Indications and applies them to measure performance of the Office of the Ombudsman of Hong Kong, at the same time uses methods of inter-time analysis to conclude that performance of the Office of the Ombudsman of Hung Kong is on the ride. This will provide lessons to the institutions which oversee administrative performance. |
