| Abstract: | The general process of evaluation is dynamic which includes seven stages,including clarifying the purpose,acquiring the information,making the standard accurate,measuring the object, expressing the view, checking the outcome,and realizing the aim.The nature and characteristics of each stage are analyzed and discussed respectively in this paper. |
