| 摘 要： | 国家用法律手段规制证券市场的核心内容之一就是要求建立信息公开的制度。本文依据我国的《证券法》，对建立证券市场信息公开制度的动因，证券信息公开的基本要求以及我国证券市场信息公开制度的主要内容进行了探析。
